Call for Tenders No. 17/2025 “Supply of workwear, protective footwear, personal protective equipment, and personal hygiene products for HALDEX S.A. in 2026”

HALDEX S.A. announces a call for tenders for:

“Supply of workwear, protective footwear, personal protective equipment, and personal hygiene products for HALDEX S.A. in 2026.”

1. Name and registered office of the Contracting Authority:

HALDEX S.A., 40-951 Katowice, Plac Grunwaldzki 8/10.

2. Type of order: Call for Tenders No. 17/2025.
3. Order execution period: from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.
4. The Detailed Scope of Work together with the offer evaluation criteria is available free of charge on the Contracting Authority’s website www.haldex.com.pl and at the Contracting Authority’s office, room no. 542, starting from October 2025, on working days between 7:00 – 14:00.
5. Offers may be submitted in person, by post, or electronically (with the note Corporate Department; the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority’s office determines compliance). In paper form, one copy in a sealed envelope (bearing the bidder’s name and the subject of the order) on working days between 7:00–14:00 at the headquarters of HALDEX S.A. in Katowice, Pl. Grunwaldzki 8/10, room no. 542.

In electronic form, send a password-protected file (e.g., using 7-Zip, WinRAR) to the Contracting Authority’s address: haldex@haldex.com.pl. If submitting an offer electronically, the Bidder shall include the access password in the body of the email sent to: haldex@haldex.com.pl no later than by the designated offer opening time indicated by the Contracting Authority, i.e., 05.11.2025 at 10:15.

6. Offer submission deadline: by 05.11.2025 at 10:00. The decisive factor is the date and time of delivery to the Contracting Authority’s headquarters / sending to the specified e-mail address.
7. The Contracting Authority does not foresee the participation of Bidders during the opening of offers.
8. The Contracting Authority will not require a performance bond from the contractor.
9. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to freely select an offer or to declare that the tender has produced no result, without giving reasons.
10. Partial offers are not allowed; the submitted offer should cover the full scope of the contract.
