Recruitment of companies wishing to provide domestic road transport services of goods by motor vehicles for HALDEX S.A.
for a period of up to two years, but no longer than until 31.08.2026.

HALDEX S.A. announces the recruitment of companies interested in providing domestic road transport services of goods by motor vehicles for the company for a period of up to two years, but no longer than until 31.08.2026.

I. Required types of transport vehicles:

1. Tipper trucks (e.g. “semi-trailer tippers,” dump trucks, vehicles with 3/4 axle drive),
2. Tanker trucks for transporting dust/cement,
3. Flatbed trucks with a payload capacity up to 3.5 Mg and trucks equipped with HDS cranes, flatbed trailer sets, low-bed sets,
4. Vehicles for transporting oversized loads.

II. General terms of providing transport services:

1. Within the provided services, the following groups of materials will be transported:
   a) loose materials: mining waste, slurry, aggregate, coal fines, sand, soil masses, rubble, etc.
   b) cement, ash, dust, slag from coal combustion,
   c) machine parts, steel sheets, bars, road slabs, concrete elements, building materials,
   d) oversized loads (permit categories II–VI).
2. Loading locations: mines, power plants, Haldex facilities, spoil heaps, or other locations indicated by the Contracting Authority.
3. Unloading locations: Haldex facilities or other locations indicated by the Contracting Authority.

III. The payment term is 30 days from the date the invoice is received by the Contracting Authority, issued based on the acceptance document confirmed by the Contracting Authority. Advance payments and prepayments are excluded.

IV. Companies wishing to provide transport services should submit the following documents:

1. One of the following valid documents:
   a) permit for practicing the profession of road transport operator,
   b) license for domestic road transport of goods,
   c) community license,
   d) license for intermediation in the transport of goods,
   in the form of a certified copy confirmed by the Bidder as a true copy of the original.
2. List of vehicles available to the company (brand, type, payload capacity, year of manufacture).
3. Copy of the certificate of professional competence of the entrepreneur or transport manager.
4. Liability insurance policy covering damage to property and persons caused in the course of business activity, in particular in the performance of transport services, with a sum insured of not less than PLN 50,000.
5. Copy of the KRS/company register excerpt or business activity certificate, issued no earlier than 6 months before the offer submission date.
6. Copy of the REGON number certificate.
7. Copy of the NIP (tax identification number) certificate.
8. Certificate from ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) confirming no arrears in payments, issued no earlier than 3 months before the offer submission date.
9. Certificate from the competent tax office confirming no tax arrears, issued no earlier than 3 months before the offer submission date.
10. Written references confirming the performance of transport services within the last three years with a total (net) value of at least PLN 500,000.
11. Statement of consent for personal data processing by Haldex S.A. in connection with the qualification procedure entitled “Provision of domestic road transport services of goods by motor vehicles”, according to the attached template.
12. Additionally, if the company is interested in providing transport services for waste transport, it must provide the registration number from the register of entities introducing products, products in packaging, and managing waste (BDO Register).

V. All documents must be valid at the time of submission.

VI. The cooperation offer must include: correspondence address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

VII. Companies meeting the above requirements will sign a “Framework Agreement for the provision of motor transport services” for a period of up to two years, but no longer than until 31.08.2026.

VIII. Documents may be submitted in person or by post in one copy, in a sealed envelope, at the Company’s headquarters by 02.08.2024 at 14:00:

The envelope must be labeled: “Provision of domestic road transport services of goods by motor vehicles,” and must include the Contractor’s name and address.
