On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force.
The Regulation governs the protection of personal data relating to natural persons.
The primary objective of the Regulation is to ensure the secure and free exchange of personal data within the EU,
to harmonize personal data protection regulations across the EU, and to develop and implement codes of conduct
that guarantee the security of data processing in line with existing risks and processing methods.
HALDEX S.A. processes your personal data for the purpose of performing contracts, orders,
and fulfilling legal obligations.
The processing has been designed to ensure security and to safeguard the rights of data subjects.

taking into account the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing.
This establishes certain standards for the performance of the DPO’s duties, as well as criteria for assessing their performance in each specific case.
