CALL FOR TENDERS NO. 04/2025

We hereby inform that Haldex S.A. has scrap available for collection from the Company’s facilities, according to the following waste classification and estimated quantities:

Knurów – FOCH Repair Facility

√ 10 Mg repair scrap, code 17 04 05 (iron and steel) Address: ul. Targowa 1, 44-194 Knurów

Granulation and Mine Services Facility in Zabrze

√ 1 Mg repair scrap, code 17 04 05 (iron and steel) Address: ul. Makoszowska 6, 41-800 Zabrze

Coal and Aggregate Production Facility in Mysłowice

√ 5 Mg repair scrap, code 17 04 05 (iron and steel) Address: ul. Cmentarna 15, 41-404 Mysłowice

Coal and Aggregate Production Facility in Mikołów

√ 13 Mg repair scrap, code 17 04 05 (iron and steel) √ 2 Mg Ni-Hard repair scrap, code 17 04 05 (iron and steel) √ 15 Mg production scrap, code 19 12 02 with up to 30% contamination √ 1 Mg engine scrap, code 16 02 14 Address: ul. Kościuszki 200, 43-190 Mikołów

1. If interested, please submit your offer under the following conditions:
   • Total net price,
   • Collection with a self-loading vehicle,
   • Payment terms: advance payment by bank transfer to the Haldex S.A. account before scrap collection, based on a pro forma invoice,
   • Order execution time: within seven working days from the date of order receipt,
   • Bidders must hold valid licenses and permits from the competent public administration authority to operate in the field of scrap management,
   • Offer validity period – 7 days from March 21, 2025 (final date for submitting offers),
   • Due to the lack of a truck scale at the Knurów – FOCH Repair Facility, the vehicle must be weighed before and after scrap collection at the Granulation and Mine Services Facility in Zabrze, ul. Makoszowska 6. Transport costs, loading costs, and related expenses are borne by the buyer.
2. The contracting party reserves the right to close the procedure without selecting an offer at any time.
3. If the advance payment is not made, the selected bidder will be charged with a contractual penalty amounting to 10% of the order value.
4. We expect an offer for the entire order; partial offers are not accepted.
5. If interested in scrap collection, please contact us to arrange an inspection of the scrap.
6. From the Mikołów facility, production scrap will be collected as a priority.
