Call for Tenders No. 13/2025 “Repair of the Access Track and Railway Infrastructure at the Coal and Aggregate Production Facility Panewniki in Mikołów”

CALL FOR TENDERS NO. 13/2025

1. The Contracting Authority announces a tender for:

“Repair of the access track and railway infrastructure at the Coal and Aggregate Production Facility Panewniki in Mikołów.”

2. Type of order: Tender No. 13/2025
3. Order completion date: July – September 2025
4. The Detailed Scope of Work is available free of charge on the Contracting Authority’s website www.haldex.com.pl in the “Tenders and Competitions” section or at the Corporate Department, room no. 542, starting from 02.07.2025, on working days between 07:00 – 14:00.
5. Offers must be submitted in one copy on the attached Offer Form, in a sealed envelope (with the note: Corporate Department, CO No. 13/2025, name of the bidder, subject of the order) at the registered office of HALDEX S.A., Pl. Grunwaldzki 8/10 in Katowice, Corporate Department room no. 542, on working days between 07:00 – 14:00, or sent electronically as a password-protected file to the Contracting Authority’s address: haldex@haldex.com.pl by 17.07.2025 at 9:30 a.m.
6. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond or performance bond.
7. The bidder is obliged to arrange and carry out a site visit in the presence of the person providing additional information (Mr. Sebastian Rychlik, tel. +48 797 334 193).
8. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial offers.
9. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to freely choose the offer or to declare that the tender has not resulted in an award, without giving reasons.
10. The official opening of offers will take place on 17.07.2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Contracting Authority’s headquarters, room no. 518.
